When the clear glaze has dried, we carefully load items into the Kiln on stilts.We first dip half the piece, then let it dry thoroughly before dipping the second half, this is what ensures all areas of the ceramic are fully sealed. Items are hand dipped into a clear glaze.Everything is left to dry for at least 12 hours to ensure nothing is smudged.Heres what happens to your projects in our studio Without this process the paint would fade over time. I got the Figgy Piggy, thinly sliced ham, fig infused goat cheese on ciabatta (they were out of the lightly buttered oat bread), grilled until melted and crispy. We had worked up an appetite and were looking for a bite to eat. I popped in with my friend the photographer after we had finished staging and photographing a listing I had in Falmouth earlier this year.
